How To Book The Village Hall Facilities
We are currently using an Online Booking system.To make a booking request click on Make a booking on the Booking Information page or click on The Scheduler Tab.
Click on the + symbol on the date you wish to book and select the room at top of page (Either Main Hall, Annex or Both).
If you are making a booking for the first time you will be asked to enter your contact details and create a password. This will enable you to track your booking status and make any changes.
New Customer: Complete address and contact details. Create password.
Rooms: Tick room(s) you require i.e. Main Hall, Meakin Annex or both.
Event Name:i.e Party, Meeting, Craft Fair
Start Date /Time: The date and start time of your event from the icon on the right
End Date/Time:The Date and end time of the event.
Recurring Booking: Leave Blank.
Activity: If a Party select Private, or select other options from drop down menu.
Description: Leave blank
Privacy: Select option from drop down menu
Number of people attending: an estimate of people volumes
Special Requirements: i.e. Does the event require Bar/Alcohol/kitchen facilities.
Terms and Conditions:This box must be ticked to confirm you have read/understand and will abide by the Halls Terms and Conditions.
Save Booking: Once completed, when you click Save, your request will be sent to the Halls booking secretary for processing.
