All Bookings should be a minimum of 2 Hours

Meakin Annex: £16 per hour
Both Rooms: £36 per hour
Regular Users
(At least weekly or fortnightly activity) minimum 2 hours.)

Important Information
Please ensure you have booked time for setting up and clearing up before and after your event. At least 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes after your event.
The Hall holds local Authority premises and Alcohol Licences plus a PublicMusic licence.
Please contact the Halls booking secretary if you require Bar/Alcohol facilities.

As a Voluntary Charity we ask that all Hirers ensure the Hall is left in the same condition as before your activity.If we identify any damage issues within 5 days of your hire you will be contacted to discuss and agree redemption costs.
